  • What are the minimum investment amounts?

    Club-deals (co-investment projects): from USD 10,000 SPV equity projects: from USD 50,000 We provide transparent pricing and total cost breakdowns for each deal.

  • How is my investment protected?

    Funds are held in escrow until the project meets funding targets. Investments are backed by tangible real estate assets. All investments are structured via mapped SPVs or trust vehicles, ensuring legal clarity.

  • When do I start receiving returns?

    Income-generating projects: monthly or quarterly distributions. Capital-appreciation projects: lump-sum payment upon exit (typically 3–5 years). You'll also receive quarterly investor updates and portfolio statements.

  • What’s the target return?

    Target Net IRRs range between 12%–18%, depending on project type, location, and profile. Actual returns may vary.

  • Can I withdraw early?

    Yes You can according to Project and Investment Plan . Real estate investments are long-term and typically illiquid. However, you may list your stake for resale to other platform investors — subject to demand and conditions.
